A database was developed to track project results, and is available from the Winkler Chamber of Commerce on a CD.

Data was entered at the following levels;

(*note that the database allows for pre and post training entry of CLB and TOEWS assessment data – but these were not intended as post assessments)

- Two methods of categorizing the cost of training are provided in the database – Vector cost, and Time Cost
- Outcomes – Before and After
- Individual Outcomes Reports (Essential Skills Training) – post-training assessment

- Workplace Needs Assessment

- The database allows for the categorization of businesses according to sectors
