First-time employers are eligible for 100% instructor funding for their first year of involvement in the EAW program.

The Workplace is generally responsible to:

• assist with the cost of the instructor's wages (after the first year)
• Agree to a shared release time plan between themselves and the employee
• Provide workplace related material for the instructor's use in preparation material
• Provide a location for classes to take place and allow for photocopying and other minor incidental costs
