Workshop Content will include:
- What you need to do to protect your people and your business from Workplace related Loss & Liability
- The top five reasons employers are charged for violating Workplace Safety regulations and what you need to do to avoid them
- Overview of legislative requirements including 2011 amendments and why it’s critical to your business to know what they are
- Recent fines to Manitoba employers & how to prevent them
- How and why to be prepared BEFORE a serious incident and what to do / not do in the aftermath to mitigate legal repercussions
